Salon Policies & Procedures
Cancellation Policy:
A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the scheduled time/services to your card on file. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
Late Policy:
Please notify me via text at 559-512-2999, immediately if you think or know you won't able to be at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may no longer be able to accommodate your scheduled service. If I can not accommodate your service due to your tardiness, the Cancellation Policy above will be enforced and you will be charged accordingly. If you are more than 15 mins late to your first appointment, see above.
Saved Payment Method:
All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system, Square. Your card will not be charged unless you No-show. Arriving more than 15 mins late will be considered a No-Show and charged accordingly.
Service Adjustment Policy:
All payments for services are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. Any needed adjustments will be made free of charge, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Adjustments will be scheduled as soon as possible, but will not be prioritized over existing appointments scheduled. Adjustments will not be made if notification of dissatisfaction is made 8 or more days following visit.
Product Return Policy:
All sales are final. However, if you find after you've lightly used a product that it is not meeting the goals we had for it, you may exchange if for a like item on or before your next scheduled appointment you have with me. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
Media:
Any photos or videos taken during your appointment may be use by the salon to promote the salon unless otherwise requested.
